To strengthen family prayers and spiritual life of the members of our church, by each family to participate in all the worship services.
To survey the OCPM area and strengthen all the wings of the church to make a united effort to achieve all time growth and development of our church.
To promote the partnership with our members and well wishers who are abroad and make consistent efforts to involve them to accomplish the vision.
To conduct seminars and conferences to strengthen Discipleship and Leadershiptraining programmes to help believers to be effective both in Evangelism and Witnessing.
To commence the Baptist Library immediately with the help of Life Way Internationaland also acquire books for the library from various publishing houses and libraries in and outside the country.
To organize mission trips both in India and abroad to enable our members to see what theHoly Spirit is doing in other parts of the world with the guidance of IM, BWA and other Baptist Foreign Mission Boards.
To open "Baptist Seminary India" in English medium in a humble way and make it a full pledged seminary and Baptist Centre India by 40th Anniversary of our Church.
To encourage the electronic media through Internet and TV Ministry and use as many channels as possible to reach more people with the love of Jesus Christ.
To complete the Baptist Complex in the church premises in all aspects with an elevator and also the multipurpose building and other buildings at Baptist Center India.

The Fourth Decade of Ministry of Baptist Church Hyderabad

Winning souls to make total membership 50,000.
Surveyng and Studying the peoples groups in Twin Cities to share the good news thatJESUS LOVES HYDERABAD.
Reaching people in each of 1,110 Mandals of our State, Andhra Pradesh with the Gospel.
Strengthening family prayers and spiritual life of all the members of each family in our church and also equipping all those who are in full-time and part-time in ministry to have 2-hour training programmes in a month to be effective in witnessing and preaching.
Establishing Baptist International Seminary and Research Institute to train men and women, to reach peoples groups both Urban and Rural in the Subcontinent, India and to undertake evaluation and analysis of each project as and when necessary and study heritage of each Baptist group in India.
Co-ordinating India Mission Teams of Baptists to reach India by Indians and also to develop Global Ministry to protect and serve for well being of all people.
Completing the construction of all projects in the Baptist Centre India to strengthen the youth, children and women's ministries and to conduct conferences and seminars for Pastors, Christian leaders, Youth, Women and Children.
Appointing 100 church planters to plant 100 churches and to construct 100 prayer halls with Parsonages.
Promoting the partnership with our members and well wishers who are in abroad as well as National and International Baptist Communities.
Developing communications through Audio, Video, Internet, Website and other electronic media and establishing printing press and publishing ministries such as Siluva Saakshi,Gospel Tracts, Christian Literatures and also developing Baptist Library.
