Under Medical Ministry, HBT Clinic is established in the church premises, which will be open on every Sunday for the members of Hyderabad Baptist Church. In addition a Mobile Clinic is serving the poor in slums and other parts of the city. Dr N K Samson is incharge of the HBT Clinic and Mobile Clinic. Specialty services are offered voluntarily by doctors specialised in cardiology, Gynaecology, Eye care, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Dentistry etc. It is now proposed to have full fledged hospital at least with one super speciality in one of the above services at Baptist Centre India.

All the above projects of Hyderabad Baptist Trust are proposed to be shifted to Baptist Centre India. HBT will run these projects once the buildings are completed at Baptist Centre India.
