The Baptist Centre India is already running Baptist Institue of Evangelism at the Baptist Church, Hyderabad. The Institute is started in the year 1993 to cater to the growing needs of the church planters in the Outreach ministry. The aim of the Institute is to impart training to those persons who have dedicated their lives for the full-time Ministry of our Lord and Saviour. Rev B Samuel Sajjankumar is the co-ordinator for the BIE. The team of teachers is lead by Dr Rev G Samuel, Pastor Baptist Church Hyderabad. Seven batches of students were already trained. There is ever growing need to lead our country’s brothern in to the faith. It is felt that the present place is insufficient to train more than 20 students per batch. To over come the problem, it is proposed to construct a fullfledged Seminary at the Baptist Centre India.

The proposed buildings are detailed as given below
  • Main Seminary building area 28183 sft
  • Quarters for Principal and faculty members 8450 sft
  • Hostel for students(men) 23400 sft
  • Hostel for women students 13500 sft

Total cost of civil works will be Rs 350.00 lacs or Rupees 35.00 millions ($777,780).

 

Cost of teaching equipments such as audio visuals, projectors etc and furnishings is estimated at Rs 50.00 lacs ($111,125).

 

Total cost of the Seminary project is estimated at Rs 400.00 lacs or Rupees 40.00 millions ($888,905).
