Hyderabad Baptist Trust is already serving the sick in urban area through their Medical Ministry. Presently the clinic is functioning at the premises of Baptist Church Hyderabad. Eminent, qualified and experienced doctors are voluntarily giving their valuable time to serve the sick. Place has been a major constraint for creating more facilities at the Church Premises. With a desire to serve the sick and poor in a better way it is proposed to construct a full fledged hospital at Baptist Centre India with at least one super speciality to start with. The main objective is to create 100 bedded hospital facility giving the benefit of latest technology to the patients. In the I phase it is proposed to construct 50 bedded hospital. The hospital will be managed by well qualified, experienced and dedicated professional doctors
The following services will be provided in the hospital project:
  • 24 hours diagnostic centre
  • 24 hours Ambulence service to pick up seriously ill patients
  • 24 hours pharmacy and stores for providing drugs and consumables required
  • 24 hours surgical casualty to cater to all surgical emergencies
  • Out-Patient ward
The buildings shall consists of 50 beds in the I phase and will be increased to 100 beds in Phase II. The initial 50 beds structure will consists of
  • 5 AC Rooms
  • 12 bedded general wards - 2 nos. totalling 24 beds
  • 6 bedded post operative intensive care unit
  • 15 private rooms

In the I phase 2 floors consisting of 7800X2 =15600 sft will be constructed. The cost will be Rs 95.00 Lacs or Rupees 9.500 millions($211,125). The cost for 3 rd floor with 7800 sft is estimated at Rs 45.00 lacs or Rupees 4.500 millions ($100,000). Total cost of building is estimated at Rs 140.00 lacs or Rupees 14.00 millions ($311,125).

The cost of equipment and other furnishings in the I phase is estimated at Rs 250.00 lacs ($555,560) . In the II phase the additional cost of equipments is estimated at Rs 160.00 lacs ($366,670). Total cost of equipments and other furnishings is Rs 410.00 lacs ($911,125).
Total cost of hospital project is estimated at Rs 550.00 lacs or Rupees 55.00 millions ($1,222,225).
